The Reserve sheet reads these powers from each mint on Solana every time it loads. The rule exists because of them: any one issuer using them against the vault costs at most what falls with that issuer.

The program checks each account's owner ( Pyth's receiver program, Chainlink's store program or Raydium's pool program), its address, Pyth's feed id and full verification, Chainlink's decimals, and the pool's two tokens and record account. It reads the bytes itself, with no cross-program call.
How a token is priced
- USDC, USDT, USDG: the Pyth price.
- syrupUSDC: Chainlink's SYRUPUSDC/ USDC exchange rate times Pyth's USDC price.
- sUSDai: Chainlink's SUSDAI/USDAI exchange rate times Chainlink's USDAI/USD price.
- PAXG, XAUt0: one ounce of gold at Pyth's spot price, 0.5% under it coming in and over it going out.
- SPYx: the pool's price now and its average over at least 15 minutes, in USDC, times Pyth's USDC price. The lower of the two counts what comes in, the higher sets what goes out.
Checked and left out
- USDY (Ondo, T-bills): Pyth's free account for it stopped updating on 2026-08-18, and its only pool on Solana holds about $2,000.
- PYUSD (Paxos): Pyth's free account stopped on 2026-08-26, and Paxos is already in through USDG and PAXG.
- Silver and single stocks on Pyth: Pyth's free accounts stopped updating in July (silver) and August (US stocks). SPYx is priced from its own pool instead.
